The handset supports 2 SIP accounts and 2 concurrent lines, offering HD voice quality with dual microphones, AEC, and Noise Shield Technology for crystal-clear communication. A 2.4-inch color display and physical navigation keys provide a simple user experience, even in fast-paced environments.

For enhanced mobility, the WP820 integrates Bluetooth 4.2 for pairing with wireless headsets and even syncing with mobile devices for contacts and call transfers. It includes an accelerometer, vibration motor, proximity sensor, and a programmable push-to-talk button for customizable emergency, panic, or paging functions. A Micro USB port and 3.5mm headset jack add further flexibility.

Grandstream WP820 is running on Android 7.0, the WP820 allows deployment of custom Android applications optimized for its screen and keypad (note: no touchscreen). With 7.5 hours of talk time and 150 hours standby powered by a 1500mAh battery, it keeps users connected throughout their workday. An optional GMC08 battery charging station can recharge up to 8 batteries simultaneously for large-scale deployments.
