The Lexar NM620 256GB is an internal NVMe solid-state drive using the PCIe Gen3x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 protocol in the M.2 2280 form factor. It is designed for systems that support PCIe NVMe storage, including compatible laptops and desktops.

For the 256GB capacity, the manufacturer specifies sequential read speeds up to 3500MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 1300MB/s, with performance measured under controlled test conditions. Random performance is rated up to 92K read IOPS and 240K write IOPS.

The Lexar NM620 uses 3D TLC NAND flash, operates within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range, and is rated for 1500G shock resistance. Power is supplied directly through the PCIe slot, with no external power required.
