At its core is an integrated Wi-Fi 6 radio offering AX4200-class speeds—up to 3603 Mbps on the 5 GHz band using 160 MHz channels and 3×3:3 MU-MIMO, and 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. This provides robust wireless coverage for the local area while the device’s five configurable Gigabit Ethernet ports offer flexible wired connectivity, supporting up to three WAN connections for multi-homing with load balancing and failover.

Security is comprehensive, featuring a next-generation UTM firewall with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), integrated Anti-Virus, Intrusion Prevention and Detection Systems (IDS/IPS) with 900 Mbps throughput, and granular content/application filtering. For secure remote access, it supports multiple VPN protocols including IPsec, OpenVPN, and WireGuard with 1 Gbps throughput.

Grandstream GCC6010W is beyond serving its own wireless clients, the GCC6010W acts as a wireless controller for Grandstream’s GWN series, capable of managing a unified network of up to 150 additional access points and 500 total connected devices. It also includes a base 12-user IP PBX system (license-upgradable) for integrated voice communications.
