Connectivity is a key strength, Grandstream GCC6010 is featuring two 2.5 Gigabit SFP ports for high-speed fiber or copper WAN uplinks and five configurable Gigabit Ethernet ports. Four of these ports provide IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ with a 36W total budget, allowing the gateway to directly power wireless access points, IP phones, or cameras, reducing clutter and complexity.

Security is enterprise-grade, featuring a comprehensive UTM firewall suite with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), Anti-Virus scanning, Intrusion Prevention and Detection Systems (IPS/IDS), SSL inspection, and granular content control (URL/keyword filtering, application control). For secure remote access, it supports multiple VPN protocols including IPsec, OpenVPN, and WireGuard, with throughput up to 2.5 Gbps.

The Grandstream GCC6010 also acts as a wireless controller for Grandstream’s GWN series, capable of managing up to 150 access points and 500 concurrent wireless clients. It includes basic IP PBX functionality for 12 users (expandable via license), adding voice capabilities to its unified feature set. Management is versatile, offering options through Grandstream’s GDMS cloud platform, an intuitive local web interface, SSH, or SNMP.
